The settle

We’re a few days old now and gearing up for St. Patrick’s Day. Of course this begs the question, “Where are you going to have your St. Patrick’s Day pint?” I’ll likely head out to Aughris Head and the Beach Bar. After a few brutal weeks getting the site together for launch; grappling with DNS issues; doing our first radio interview; and that wee diversion called life, I could do with a walk along the beach! Lets hope the sun cooperates.

The site is settling after the first pour, and we hope to start on some new site enhancements next week.

      You’re absolutely right. I doubt anyone could tell a stout apart (by taste) that had multiple pours. If anything, the two-part pour has more effect on the head, and...
